Nico Ruell (32) is head of marketing of Jet Import, the Belux importer of the leading brands Red Bull, Red Bull COLA, but also Corona, Desperados, Heineken, Strongbow, Carpe Diem, My Smoothie and Bionade. He has a strong link to the international structure of Red Bull with his expertise in below the line marketing. He started 1 year ago within Red Bull as International On Premise marketeer and moved afterwards into the Belgian division. Belux is for Red Bull one of the most important countries one of the highest consumption per capita and a high TOM. Only with refreshing initiatives touching the youth in the Red Bullish way, the Belux business can be developped further. His 2 main drivers “Make things happen” and “Fans make Fans and more Fans” resulted already in several impactful below the line activations and events. Prior to joining Red Bull, Nico spent 8 years with Coca-Cola Enterprises and The Coca-Cola Company in Marketing and Sales. Nico Ruell studied commercial engineering at the university of Leuven.
